So my wife spent an hour at Starbucks last weekend to get the kids out of my hair for a little while and---unbeknownst to her---some kid in his early twenties sat there sketching her as a comic-book-style superhero and then presented the sketch to her. I guess for a stay-at-home dad this is the equivalent of all the old ladies who remark what a great father some dude is just because he's at the park with his kids on the weekend. . .She is a Supermom, don't get me wrong. I just wish some girl in her early twenties would draw me with a cape once in awhile and then awkwardly present me with a sketch.
All I get are people yelling at me from inside their cars.
